The company has toured extensively throughout the US, and internationally to Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, and the Caribbean. Founded in 1992, the company leads NJ in Arts Education, and has given thousands of performance education based programs, including master classes, lecture-demonstrations, and workshops. Randy James has built an international reputation as an exceptionally gifted master teacher and an emotionally evocative choreographer. Mr. James has received numerous awards, including a 2004 NJSCA Choreographic Fellowship and 2002 NJ Governor's Award in Arts Education. He has been a guest artist at the American Dance Festival, Jacob's Pillow, and the London Contemporary Dance Theatre and School, among others. James began his training at Rutgers University, and was principal dancer with Dan Wagoner & Dancers for eight years. James currently serves as Assistant Professor of Dance at Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. Return to Directory
