Instructions: When you are ready to order your Qfolio, please fill out the above registration form. Please read and indicate your acceptance of the Term of Service Agreement below. Once we have received your registration and initial payment your Qfolio Designer will contact you to begin working on your site. Payment Terms: 1.) The $100 setup fee is due at the time of registration. Payment will show as a credit on final invoice.
2.) If quoted cost of your Qfolio is more than $300 a middle payment of $100 is due once you have submitted all of the images to be included in your Qfolio. Payment will show as a credit on final invoice.
3.) Final payment (less all discounts) is due after your Qfolio has been finished and approved by you as ready for launch. Site will launch once final invoice is paid and subscription is initiated. 4.) A subscription is required on a monthly, biannual or annual basis. Biannual or annual subscriptions may be paid with credit card, personal check, money order or wire transfer. Monthly subscription is by automatic reoccurring charge on credit card only. Payments are by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Personal Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer.
